Human Resource Manager - ref.No. 401/09

Our Client is a major producer of garments in the Serbian / European textile industry. The company enjoys global partners in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Founded 7 years ago, this company has focused on the exporting on manufactured garments with concetracion in the jeans textile sector, and it has contracts with major European Fashion Houses.
Our Client is in an expansion phase and is looking for a dynamic  candidate, with strong qualifications and work experience:

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Duties:
• Fulfill staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select qualified applicants.
• Administer remuneration, compensation, bonuses, benefits and performance management system, and safety and recereation programs.
• Allocate human resources.
• Educate current and prospective employees with information about company working policies.
• Perform difficult staffing duties and administering disciplinary procedures, and also serve as a link between management and employees and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Advise directors and CEO on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal reqirements.
• Analyze treining needs to design employee development, skill training and health and safety programs.
• Analyze statistical data to identify causes of personel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization.
• Organize and coordinate the personnel, training or labor relations’ activities of an organization.
• Investigate and report on industrial accidents.
• Prepare personnel forecast to project employment needs.
• Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.


Qalifications:
• Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration with min. 5 years experience as an HR Manager.
• 3 years experience with payroll and benefits administration, worker compensation, recruitment and training.
• Experience within the textile industry will be a plus.


Capabilities:
• Willing to relocate to Novi Pazar, Serbia or neighbouring city.
• Very good knowledge of English and Serbian language.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Quick Books.
• Posses drive and motivated to succeed.
• Able to work within a dynamic atmosphere and be able to perform under pressure.
• Articulate and professional with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
