Assessment of client needs
Every stage in the search process is crucial to the success of an assignment.
The engagement begins with gaining a clear understanding of the client's culture, industry, requirements and performance expectations.
Position specification
After carefully assessing the client's needs, a consultant then prepares a position specification to confirm the details and initiates the research plan. e-search's position specification templates and formats are tailored to the unique characteristics of the Serbian market.
Research and candidate identification
In this phase, the crucial step is to ensure comprehensive candidate identification and generation so that all possible candidates are considered. The consultant decides which method to be used, i.e., a targeted advertised approach or a specific executive search. To implement the method chosen, e-search prepares an appropriate search plan. In both cases e-search's specific database of professionals is consulted.
Candidate interview and evaluation
The consultant meets and interviews many candidates, matching strengths and capabilities against the position requirements at every step. Only the candidates best suited to the position are presented for client interviews. Confidential reference checks are also conducted to validate candidate recommendations.
Client selection
Once the client makes a final selection, the last stage involves offer negotiation to ensure an acceptance decision.
This methodology and quality standards are applied in the search for the best candidate in each assignment.
