Since it foundation in year 2000, e-search is trying to help clients in process of searching and identifying of necessary personnel for managers and top positions in their companies.
Although the primarily approach of e-search is client oriented, e-search is trying to accomplish the positive communication with the applicants and help them by principle, to find the job on more easily way than usual. Aware of the fact that searching for the job in Serbia could be quite a frustrating activities, our policy is to help our applicants by avoiding the additional complications during this process. Based on screening of received CV's, we compose a long-list of candidates and invite them on the interview in our offices. Our consultants practice a structural interviews, one part of the interview is in English - if the knowledge of English language is requirement (and in 95% of cases it is). Time frame for the interview is 30 - 40 min. Before or after the interview, candidate fill in our standard questioner. The world trend is to avoid the tests except in extraordinary cases, and we also don't provide the tests - only in case of clients recommendation.
Only applicants which get into a short-list will be presented to the client and we keep them informed about the place and time-table with the for the interview with the client.
Our practice is to contact all applicants which were applying on the ad. We thank to all for the participation in the open competition and informed the applicants about outcome of the competition. We keep all applications in our pool - which we consider as an valuable source, in cases when we are in need to use the pool as a help to fill up the open position.
We apply special caution to the discretion, because we are aware of possibility to end mage the candidate in case the third part take cognizance of his/ hers application. In case we recruit candidates from our pool, we always ask first the potential candidate about his/hers interest to participate in the competition and his/hers interest in the new-opened position. Only in case that candidate is willing to take a part and if he/she was recently on the interview in our office, we don't ask the candidate to visit us again, but we represent him/her to the client directly.
